These terms apply to all treatments, consultations and services provided by Rathnaa Enterprises. By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All treatments are provided only after a clinical assessment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not clinically appropriate for you. We will explain why and offer alternatives where possible.
Consultations are mandatory before any new treatment. A fee may apply for complex consultations. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Consultation fees are deducted from the cost of treatment if you proceed.
Some treatments require a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
Full payment is due at the end of your appointment unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, card and bank transfer. We do not offer payment plans unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows (failing to attend without notice) will be charged the full treatment price.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule. The full fee may still apply. We will always try to accommodate you, but other patients must be seen on time.
We strive for natural, beautiful results. However, individual outcomes vary based on age, skin condition, healing ability and lifestyle. We do not guarantee specific results. Revision treatments may be offered at a reduced fee but are not free unless we made a clear error.
All medical and dental treatments carry risks. These will be explained during your consultation. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have been informed of potential side effects, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, asymmetry, infection or unsatisfactory results.
We take clinical photographs before, during and after treatment for medical records and quality assurance. These images may be used anonymously for teaching or marketing with your separate written consent. You may refuse consent for marketing use at any time.
All content on our website, including text, images and videos, is owned by Rathnaa Enterprises. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our liability is limited to the value of the treatment paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please speak to us directly. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and provide a written response within 20 working days. You may also contact the General Dental Council or the relevant aesthetic complaints body.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms at any time. The version on our website at the time of your booking applies to your appointment. Please check back occasionally.
